The first tip I have today is to brush up on the shipping rate changes that are coming in 2019. These changes can really impact your bottom line if you’re not careful. Whether you’re shipping to Paris, London, or even here in the United States, these changes are important to be aware of.

Video is going to be even bigger in 2019 than it was in 2018! Start making video content and running video ads now. Begin by targeting your audience with creative that speaks to them. Start hosting regular, live video sessions that allow your customers to engage and interact with your brand. And finally, make sure that you have supplemental ads running across multiple formats, to reach customers wherever they are in theirbuying journey.

My final tip: personalization. Consumers are increasing wanting content that is produced for or answers questions specific to them. With the vast amounts of data, we now have available at our finger tips, this isn’t only something we can do, but something that is expected.
